Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

When material changes are made, we will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notification displayed on the platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
Where you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of the changes without penalty. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
